Science Meets Lived Experience

With over 20 years of clinical experience in integrative health and advanced academic training in cultural anthropology and ethnomedicine, I bring a unique cross-disciplinary approach that combines evidence-based science with holistic, practical strategies.

I hold more than ten professional qualifications, including Life Coach, Health & Wellness Consultant, Endometriosis Wellness Practitioner, Menopause Wellness Practitioner, and Medical Massage Therapist. I’ve also undertaken PhD-level studies in Ethnomedicine and am currently training as a Master Herbalist and Sports Nutritionist.

This blend of academic research, body-based practice, and women’s health expertise allows me to connect both the clinical and cultural roots of women’s pain – and to offer real, sustainable change.

My Story: From Surviving to Thriving

For nearly three decades, I lived with debilitating menstrual pain, stage 4 endometriosis, PCOS, and fibroids. From the age of 11, I experienced pain that left me unable to move, speak, or work.

In 2012, I was rushed to hospital in Hungary with what doctors said was “just bad period pain.” In truth, I was internally bleeding and needed emergency surgery – an operation that saved my life. What followed were years of medical dismissal, repeated hormone treatments, and eventually being placed into medically induced menopause twice within a very short period of time – with all the intense side effects that came with it. Despite everything, nothing brought lasting relief. I spent years in a cycle of hope and disappointment, still living in pain and exhaustion.

Within months, my symptoms eased. Within two years, I was completely pain-free – after nearly 30 years of suffering.

The Turning Point

That transformation became the foundation of The Pain-Free Period Protocol™ – a 12-week evidence-informed coaching programme that helps women rebuild hormonal balance naturally and reclaim control of their bodies.

But it didn’t stop there. Through my research and consulting work, I saw the same patterns repeating in workplaces: women burning out, pushing through hormonal symptoms, and being told to “just cope.”

That’s why I expanded my mission to the corporate space through Cycle-Aware Workplace Wellbeing Programmes, helping employers reduce hormone-related absenteeism and create cultures where women can perform at their best without sacrificing health.

My Philosophy

Your body is not broken.

Your symptoms are not “just in your head.”

And you deserve more than being told to live with the pain.

I believe women can thrive when they understand their biology, regulate their nervous system, and work with their hormones – not against them.

Whether you’re an individual seeking pain-free periods or an employer striving for a healthier, more inclusive culture, I’m here to help you make that shift.
